CAPS BC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The meeting will take place via Zoom prior to our Saturday morning event.
For: Professional CAPS Members in good standing The meeting will approve our Minutes from the AGM in 2019, outline our finances for the last year and the usual reporting. Elections of new Board Members, and President Elect will be completed. Short and Sweet!
We require 16 professional members to make up a quorum. To reach our quorum, members must be present virtually at our AGM.
You may vote by proxy or in person. Majority votes will pass the motion. Those who will not be able to attend the AGM are asked to submit their Proxy vote, signed, and returned to Secretary, Nathalie Plamondon-Thomas at: nathalie@thinkyourself.com no later than FIVE (5) days before the AGM. If you cannot attend the AGM, please complete the Proxy form, giving your voting power to another attending delegate.
